This website is operated by Svetlana Chepilka, an Independent Coral Club Distributor ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

When you submit the health questionnaire, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, optional age, and the health-related notes you choose to share.

We only collect what you voluntarily enter. Please do not share more sensitive information than necessary.

We use your information solely to contact you and provide the consultation or information you requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your personal data, including health data (a special category of data under Article 9 of the GDPR), is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To withdraw consent, contact: schepilka@gmail.com.

Messages submitted through the contact form and health questionnaire are delivered to the consultant via a private Telegram bot running on the consultant's own server. Telegram acts as a third-party data processor. Your data is handled in accordance with Telegram's Privacy Policy: https://telegram.org/privacy. We do not use Telegram for any other purpose and do not share your data with third parties beyond this delivery channel.

The health questionnaire allows you to attach files (lab results and medical documents) in PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, or XLS format, up to 10 MB each, with a maximum of 10 files. These files constitute health data, are transmitted solely to the consultant via the Telegram channel described above, and are retained no longer than the period stated under Data Retention below.

Your personal data, including messages, questionnaire responses, and uploaded files, is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt, after which it is deleted or anonymised. The consultant reviews this period as needed in light of applicable law.

This website uses no analytics tools, tracking services, or non-essential cookies. We do not collect visitor statistics or track user behaviour.

If you are a data subject under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR where it applies), you have the following rights:

Right of access — to obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and a copy of that data.

Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of your data where grounds exist.

Right to restriction of processing — to request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
